Hours after Gov. announced that bars could reopen in the state,  Judge Lina Hidalgo says not in her county. According to the governor's order, starting Oct. 14 at 50% capacity. A murder suspect who is out on six felony bonds cannot be located. Two district court judges have ignored a district attorney's request to revoke a bond for a violent gang member accused of murder while out on multiple bonds.
