NorthJersey.com A man was fatally struck by a NJ Transit train in Hackensack on Saturday, according to a NJ Transit representative.NJ Transit spokesperson Paul Milo said the train struck the pedestrian in the vicinity of Passaic Street at approximately 2:45 p.m.Milo said the man was taken to the Hackensack University Medical Center after the incident occurred. None of the 50 passengers and crew on the train were injured, Milo said.The train had left from Hoboken around 2:13 p.m. going to Spring Valley on the Pascack Valley Line.
