A bill was discussed in committee Wednesday that would provide for year-round daylight saving time. L-B 10-15 was introduced by Senator Tom Briese Wednesday. Under this bill, Nebraska would spring ahead one hour and then stay there.There is a catch.The bill will not take effect until both the federal government allows states to do so and until two neighboring states adopt similar year-round time legislation.
