The city says the hangout along the Katy Trail in Uptown Dallas is considered a bar and was not allowed to reopen, even under Gov. Greg Abbott’s new guidelines. Dallas PD officer arrested for criminal trespass of a home in Fort Worth
A Dallas Police Department officer was arrested in Fort Worth on Sunday for criminal trespassing. James Gordon, 41, has been charged with criminal trespass of a habitation. Police have not released details about what led to Gordon’s arrest. Records show Gordon lives in Euless, and Dallas police said he has been with the department since August 2014. Police: Armed suspect killed after hijacking DART bus was wanted for questioning in San Antonio murder
Investigators have not yet established a motive. They are grateful that throughout all of this chaos, no one else was hurt. An armed suspect who hijacked a DART bus was killed in Rowlett Sunday after holding the bus driver at gunpoint and forcing them to flee from officers. A police source has identified the suspect as Ramon Thomas Villagomez.
