‘Remarkable:’ Wisconsin Hospital Association, members note COVID-19 decline
MADISON (WKOW) - Representatives of the Wisconsin Hospital Association and its member facilities are encouraged by a downward drop in COVID-19 patient hospitalizations after a case surge in the fall and early winter.Officials say there are 385 patients being treated in hospitals statewide - the lowest number since September.Public Health Madison & Dane County officials say 41 patients are being treated in hospitals in the county, down from 88 on Jan. 11.
