PELLA, Iowa (KCCI) - Every spring, people from across the Hawkeye State travel to Pella for the Tulip Festival. However, this year hundreds of Pella High School Band alumni are returning to their hometown to honor their band director, KCCI’s Kayla James reported.Guy Blair passed away in March after suffering complications from cancer.
