The City of Farmington Hills recently completed a legacy wall for the new Farmington Hills Community Center which opened in June.The community center, nicknamed The Hawk, is housed in the former Harrison High School. The city purchased the school from Farmington Public Schools in 2018, according to a press release from the city of Farmington Hills.Before the school closed its doors in 2019, a legacy committee of staff, parents, students, and community members raised funds to help preserve the school’s history at the community center.
