 A Franklin County Sheriff’s deputy has been placed on paid leave for allegedly posting on social media a video of himself with guns and a message "when looters and shooters threaten to come to the suburbs."The posting on Tik Tok has since been taken down. The video included a man with a rifle and a gun on a counter along with some foul language and the message posted on screen.Deputy David J.
