HUGS AND SLUGS: When is it really closing time?
HUGS: Many thanks and hugs to R. and S. These two Nelson women combined agility and smarts in ‘rescuing’ a briefcase that had tumbled from the rooftop my car on to Gyro Park Road. You know the logistics! HUGS: A huge hug to the nurses who took such good care of my husband in his last days. Thank you. SLUGS: To the dog walker on Selby Street who leaves poop bags in Prince Philip Park and on the street next to driveways. SLUGS: To the local coffee shop that told (not asked) three of us to leave just at closing time in order to sweep the floor. It was 4 p.m. on a Saturday.
