A woman's dogs that were removed from her by a court order have now attacked a 6-year-old boy. The Mobile County District Attorney's Office seized the dogs last year after they bit other people, but the woman got them back. Now, Liam Martinez, the little boy who was attacked, can't walk and has to have another surgery.
