ALLENDALE TWP., MI (WHTC-AM/FM, Oct. 5, 2023) – A party store in Allendale was the target of a smash-and-grab burglary overnight.According to Ottawa County Sheriff’s Sergeant Chris Dill, a glass door at GVL West off of 68th Avenue near the junction of Lake Michigan Drive was smashed around 3:12 AM on Thursday. The perpetrators had fled the scene by the time deputies responded to an alarm, taking with them several undisclosed items, and efforts to locate them were initially unsuccessful.
