Search for Richard Brady in Rockport 10/4/23 (NBC 10 Boston)A Hampton man is one of two divers that drowned Wednesday off the coast of Rockport.Rockport Police said they were notified about a diver in medical distress on Front Beach just after 11 a.m. and found Alan De Oliveira, 75, of Pepperell, Massachusetts  being assisted by bystanders.
