(KSLA) - A person of interest is in custody in connection to a homicide that happened at around 9 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 5.The shooting occurred inside a home on the 16000 block of Highway 157, near the Rocky Mount neighborhood. (KSLA) - Caddo District Court sentenced a man convicted of multiple rape charges to life in prison on Tuesday, July 21.Pernell Antonio Raphiel Washington, 28, was convicted in March for several counts of rape including a charge of aggravated rape.
