Authorities are searching for a 71-year-old woman reported missing from North Philadelphia. Police say Carolyn Thomas was last seen Friday on the 2900 block of Bonsall Street just after 4 p.m.  Thomas is described as 5-foot-4, 115 pounds with brown eyes and gray hair. A sinkhole that opened up on a north Philadelphia street amid a water main break swallowed a sport utility vehicle. The hole appeared Sunday morning on the 5500 block 11th Street in the Logan neighborhood near Einstein Medical Center as streams of water shot into the air from the main break. Crews wer able to get the 12-inch main break isolated and stopped the flow.  The unoccupied SUV didn't appear to have major damage, but the condition of the driver wasn't immediately known. A man was taken into custody at the Philadelphia International Airport Thursday morning after officials said he was behaving erratically and was making "alarming statements" during a flight.  The incident occurred around 9:20 a.m. on American Airlines Flight #2392 from Orlando to Philadelphia. A homeowners association denied a family's request to have an RV parked on their property so a physician assistant who treats COVID-19 patients could isolate while still staying close to her family.  Fighting on the frontlines at Virtua Camden, Jeff Braddock's wife Anissa needed a safe place to come home. The day after a Florida beach was reopened for physical activity, police arrested a Pennsylvania homicide suspect loitering near the dunes on Sunday. Authorities on Wednesday released surveillance footage showing the moments before a group of suspects fired over 70 shots at an unsuspecting victim as he was walking to his car in South Philadelphia in early March.
