A masseuse who "inappropriately touched" a woman's breasts during a session at China Foot Massage in Redlands may have had other victims, the city's police department announced.Wenjie "Jerry" Chen, 44, was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of sexual battery following the alleged March 19 incident at the 1150 Brookside Avenue massage parlor, according to Redlands police.
