KOLKATA: Five children sustained splinter injuries after miscreants threw bombs at them when the kids refused to leave the playground near which the bombs were kept in Narendrapur’s Daspara. All kids, aged between 12 and 13, were playing football when the incident occurred around 10.45am on Friday. Four persons have been arrested so far. The kids have been identified as Arnab Haldar, Surya Chowdhury, Bikram Naskar, Suman Das and Laltu Adya. When one of them went to the sidelines to collect the ball, he found bombs kept there.
