Savannah Morning NewsView CommentsThe Georgia Department of Transportation is alerting motorists of April 14 lane closures in both directions on Interstate 95 at the bridge separating Georgia and South Carolina, according to a GDOT announcement issued Friday, April 10.GDOT bridge teams will begin routine I-95 bridge inspections on Tuesday, April 14 on the northbound side heading into South Carolina.The closure will be in place by around 9 a.m. GDOT team members will then move to the southbound side later on Tuesday.
