The Washington Capitals have recalled three players from the team’s AHL affiliate, the Hershey Bears, the Capitals announced Thursday.Forwards Riley Sutter and Ethen Frank and defenseman Chase Priskie, each sent down as part of Sunday’s roster cuts, return to Washington.Sutter, 23, was the Capitals’ third-round draft choice in 2018.
