The school district has been a target of criticism by parents who want their kids to return to in-person learning. Now, students within the district will return to in-person learning, in stages. Some people are leaving number twos at some parks in a part of Laveen, and that is leaving residents frustrated. Something stinks in a portion of Laveen. Literally.
