Met Éireann say Donegal is in for some sunshine today, Sunday, although haven’t ruled out some showers here and there. Largely dry across most of the county today with the chance of patchy rain or drizzle at times. Maximum temperatures generally ranging from 13 to 17 degrees, with light northeast breezes. Fiona Doherty Memorial Cup 2024 headed towards semi-final stage
The U14 Girls Football Fiona Doherty Memorial Cup 2024 hosted by Letterkenny Gaels GAA Club is well and truly up and running with the final Round 2 game being completed last week which saw Glenfin hosting Termon in the beautiful sunshine in Cloghan. The final round of group games took place on Saturday with Gaeil Leitir Ceanainn hosting Glenfin at Paric na nGael and Convoy travelling to the Burn Road to take on Termon. All games have been very competitive so far and all four clubs fielding teams of 20-plus players in each of the games.
