Deeply technical discussion of the inner workings of the "business of journalism" -- as someone with a strong product management background, I can appreciate this article's attempt to look between the lines to discover the most relevant metrics to grow a business. Time will tell if these insights are entirely accurate but it seems like a credible, well researched article
