Chef Tim told that he picked up the trade in 1996.The Archuleta’s began operating a catering business in 2006 before ICHI Sushi debuted at 3369 Mission St. in 2010. By 2014, the business had grown in popularity and ICHI Sushi moved to a larger space just one block away. Three years later, the restaurant moved back to its original space in order to downsize.“It feels like a homecoming to be back in our original location,” Erin told in a 2017 interview. “It’s warm and welcoming and almost feels like we never left.”It’s unclear what’s next for the Archuleta’s at this time.
