You can follow people, files, accounts, opportunities – any business object important to you.
Select the “Chatter” Tab
Select “Groups” on the right hand side
Select “New Group”
Add a Name, Description and select group access
Click “Save”
Select “Add Members” to start adding people to your group
Start Chattering!

@Mention individual people or a group to keep them informed when you’re discussing something relevant to them.
When you write a post, type&nbsp;@&nbsp;followed by the first few letters of the person or group name.
Select the person or group from the list of matches.
Click&nbsp;Share&nbsp;to post your update
&nbsp;
Add topics to posts and comments to organize them or to increase their visibility.
When you type a post, type # followed by any text.
As you type, you can pick a topic from the list of suggestions, or press ENTER at any time to add a new topic that can be up to three words.
