The article offers excellent context about this disaster in Brazil and points clearly the things that are being discussed in the country. I like the way it mentions the power of Brazilian government behavior, in this case, blaming Venezuela, calling it criminal, and letting the crisis get bigger completely based on these assumptions, without knowing if it's true.
