Like most news articles about Ukraine, this one is short on evidence. The primary point of the article was how a non-governmental organization - unable to access the site of an accused war crime - used anecdotal interviews and computer modeling to 'determine' what happened. And the article presents this as a GOOD thing. Yikes.
