The article needs a response without words. I think the meme of Charlie Day describing a conspiracy on It's Always Sunny in Philadelphia sums up the article perfectly. January 6 violence speaks for itself, the hearings and the articles are detracting from the repulsive imagery captured that day. Twelve million dollars for security, lodging, porto-potties, and other event costs is not unusual so writing extensively about it appears slanted, especially when the facts appear ordinary.

Not as much a smoking gun as it's trying to lead it's readers it is. Follows the money behind the rally with no connection to if that money helped fund specific people for the violence conducted that day or the other insurrection actions. Conflates 'January 6th' with the rally and the post-rally march.
