Several of the men have already pleaded guilty, and, under Pennsylvania and federal law, will be registered as sex offenders. These men come from Wilkes-Barre, Scranton, and other cities in the area.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;One man, 34-year-old Glen Lyon resident Stephen Prokop, expressed hesitation but still solicited nude pictures from what he believed to be a 15-year-old boy and asked him to meet. If convicted, he could face up to 25 years in prison with lifetime supervision and registration as a sex offender. Unable to make bail, he has spent the past several months in jail working his way through court.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;In spite of the extensive media coverage in the area, numerous other arrests are in the works, although the number of men chatting has slowed down. The coronavirus pandemic has resulted in a spike in online sex crimes as well as increased law enforcement efforts to prevent them.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;151 months. 12 years and seven months. Around 2004, he began chatting with strangers online, later attributing it to "undiagnosed OCD," a subpar explanation at best. &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Cogburn worked and attended college in 2006, bouncing from apartment to apartment during the school year, and his employer had enough faith in him to actually give the man his job back after a minor setback occurred in the form of Cogburn's appearance on To Catch A Predator in July of that year. He earned a pair of handcuffs in Fortson, Georgia, just outside of Columbus and two hours from his home. Howev&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;David Kaye , caught in the second "To Catch A Predator" and the first that exposed the full identities of the predators, remains among the most notorious figures caught in the show's history.&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;Kaye was born on October 25th, 1950. He worked as a rabbi at Congregation Har Shalom in Potomac, Maryland, from 1985 to 2001.
