I really dislike when news organizations use "the Trump administration" instead of the actual organization that originated the request. As such this article could be reviewed as a Generalization... but beyond this lapse of credibility, the article is balanced and contextual.

The article is fine, but the headline is misleading. Technically the Trump Admin brief just doesn't want the law to be applied in a way that *disallows* private employers to fire based on sexual orientation.
