Overall I believe the author is close to this issue and is able to provide links to other articles, giving an extreme amount of context for those who want to catch up on some recent events as well as other statistics. However, I believe there are a few points within this article that the author speculates to the reasoning when it is impossible to know for sure. This affected the credibility a little as it showed the authors opinion on the matter overall.
