Overall the contents of this article match exactly what the headline states. Although I believe a certain section of this article was Anecdotal Evidence (referencing DePotter and her canceling her class) and another paragraph early on in the article speculated that this issue could've been solved by Trump, I'd say the vast majority of the article is unbiased and balanced.
