While the reporting is sharing facts about where money is coming from to advertise on behalf of a Justice confirmation, the opposition to the Justice in the article reads like a counterpoint to a PAC advertisement rather than sticking to the facts. When journalists write with excessive passion, the tone guides a reader toward thinking the content is biased which hinders credibility.
