Interesting column about sleep cycles. It does not source the information it is drawing upon for readers to go to the primary source, unfortunately; however, it is also not making blanket statements, drawing tangentially related conclusions, or pushing an agenda. I would have given 4 stars had the study been cited and linked, as it stands, 3 for obscuring the primary data.
