After , a Spanish tapas restaurant in Berkeley, owner Sergio Monleón told SFGATE he felt like there was a “huge lack of resources” available to restaurants."I think that it would have been nice to have somebody that could have come out and done a walk-through and provided information,” Monleón said. “We had to do a lot of research in a lot of different areas, so [there were] a lot of different things to find out, to get our answers [...] I had to look up everything from the testing to how long COVID lasts on what types of surfaces, what could be a potential high risk or hazard, and what was definitely safe.
