USAmerica should have never granted “citizienship” no non-state territories until fully admited into the “union” (DC and “indian” lands are undestandable exception). Nationals or “protectorates” would have been a better fit for these lands. Further, Congess should have given itself the responsibility of discussing/reviewing these lands statuses/relationship every X amount of years; simply because conditions and sentimes do change over rime.
