A dense, detailed, and deeply investigative look at the posed question. Nicely done work on the part of the Authors by navigating a steady course in their presentation without resorting to panic-inducing rhetoric. Outstanding commentary, quotations, and sourcing contribute mightily to the weightiness of the piece. Interesting but above all informative. One comes away from the work well-informed as to the matter at hand. An indubitably worthwhile and some might even say vital read. Five stars!
