a ton of great context here, outlining the concerns and possible talent flee that could result from Iger leaving and a replacement CEO with no background running their streaming business. At first, I thought the article was a bit unfair towards the replacement in its framing, but later in the article is provides examples of him being vouched for by Iger and others.

Good review of the situation, the relevant players involved, and the stakes involved. Apparently Chapek has had a more diverse career path without experience in streaming, but more experience in most other facets.

Great context about the house of cards inside Disney, and how the Disney Plus is testing, failing, and still learning how to find its identity. In the end, I felt like the author was trying to convince the readers that Mayer isn't a good option as Chapek to be CEO, but at the same time, Disney needs him and will suffer without the guy. I'm not sure if I like the way it's written, but the information is clear and I believe the article is credible.
