An important, if not absolutely vital read, in the broader context of environmental concerns. Particularly how some governments go about addressing things. The Author does a splendid job of keeping things light and airy without resorting to gloom and doom prognosticating which is often a facet of work of this nature. Often humorous but also informative quotes and commentary carry the day. A worthwhile read if only for a diversion from more serious affairs. Four stars!
