One would be hard-pressed to find an interview that exposed more left-wing bias at CNN than what was seen Tuesday night when Chris Cuomo interviewed the St. Louis man who, along with his wife, kept a Black Lives Matter mob at bay with weapons.After totally politicizing the story, Cuomo got on his high horse and accused Fox News’ Tucker Carlson of doing just that. The CNN anchor also vehemently defended the BLM mob that his guest, Mark McCloskey, said was “screaming death threats at me and threatening to burn my house and kill my dog.”“How do you feel about becoming the face of political resistance to the Black Lives Matter movement?” Cuomo asked right out of the gate.“First of all, that’s a completely ridiculous statement,” McCloskey said. “I’m not the face of anything opposing to Black Lives Matters movement. I was a person scared for my life, protecting my wife, my home, my hearth, my livelihood, I was a victim of a mob that came through the gate. I didn’t care what color they were. I didn’t care what their motivation was. I was frightened. I was assaulted and I was in imminent fear they would run me over, kill me.”Referencing the riots in St. Louis last month, McCloskey added, “I realized at that time we’re on our own, when bad things happen they unpredictably turn real bad real fast.”Running interference for the mob, Cuomo asked his guest if anything happened to him or his property?“Yeah, it’s called social intimidation, terrorism,” McCloskey said, after noting his life has been ruined in the aftermath. “What is the definition of terrorism, to use violence and intimidation, that’s what happened to me. That’s the damage I suffered.”Cuomo shamelessly characterized the mob as some random group of people out for an evening stroll.“You were the one pointing a loaded weapon at a group of people who were walking past, looking for the mayor’s house as a point of protest,” the CNN anchor countered.McCloskey quickly shot back that Cuomo’s assessment was “an entirely false concept,” adding that no one in the media has reported that the mayor’s house can’t be reached through his private neighborhood.(A video of that night showed the mob marching down a public thoroughfare and a large contingency leading to McCloskey’s home.)Cuomo took exception to McCloskey using the term “terrorism” to describe the actions of the mob, and even took a cheap shot at him for having his lawyer present during the interview.He bizarrely suggested that since nothing happened to the family, no harm was done, adding that the mob did not go onto his property. When McCloskey explained it was because they were standing there with weapons, Cuomo asked him to produce video proving the protesters — who were trespassing on private property — were coming at him.McCloskey’s attorney, Albert Watkins, chimed in to first say that America needs to listen to what Black Lives Matter is trying to say — a theme he repeated ad nauseam — and then to stress than there is a second issue at play.That being the constitutional right to protect themselves and their property.Having already declared the McCloskeys guilty of some hideous crime, Cuomo shot back, “How does that justify what happened here!”Cuomo asked again and again why President Trump shared a tweet on the incident, clearly politicizing what took place while being disrespectful to the attorney.McCloskey, who stated that he was “reluctant” to even come on Cuomo’s show, and his counsel refused to take the bait. He also pointed out the hypocrisy of protesters being upset at the mayor for doxxing citizens, only to turn around and do the same thing to him.(Source: CNN)The exchange took a further step into bizarre-land when Cuomo began talking out of both sides of his mouth, presenting himself as a fair hand.“I don’t like that you have been weaponized for political means,” he said. “I’m not saying that you weren’t within your rights to do what you were doing.
