A very good investigative look at the dangers and misleading endorsements raised by Clearview AI. Although this is a very important piece that should concern all U.S. citizens, I wish the authors spent a little time on why authorities find the technology useful and the potential positive impacts it might have in society. Granted, those benefits may be limited, but for the sake of a more balanced piece, I would have liked to see that the authors included that perspective.
