The menu will feature the same burgers, house-baked buns, hand-cut fries and shakes that propelled the original to the top spot in the Express-News’ series when it opened last year.Weisssman said he’ll add a few new things to the menu, including a robust salad, nitro coffee and more desserts, plus the fried chicken sandwich that’s gained off-menu traction at the Olmos Park location.Both locations will operate until Weissman determines whether the new spot siphons away too much business from the original, he said. In that case, he’ll convert the original to a production and delivery site, he said.
