Hire people. There are obviously enough unemployed people to fill spots. Surely, someone in this line has qualifications,” Keith Steinhour said.Steinhour, who barely missed getting seen, said Wednesday was his second attempt at an in-person meeting with the OESC.“I got here at 6:30 (a.m.), and I still ain’t getting in,” he said.The line of people wrapped around OESC’s building. The first person in line said they showed up before 3 a.m.Gregg Maguire told KOCO 5 that he was shocked to see the line when he arrived at 5 a.m.“I thought by getting here at 5 o’clock I would be the first one or the second here,” Maguire said.He said he’s been without a paycheck for eight weeks and has gotten few answers to when he will get benefits.
