This article appears credible, but there are a couple things worth pointing out. First, the video at the top of the article is of SpaceX's rocket, not of OneSpace. The author's also allude to the company cheating or stealing evidenced by their fast turnaround of only 1 year when they'd previously estimated 3-10 years. I also want to know if the launch was a success and by what standards.
