Cara Delevingne allegedly had a ‘three-way affair’ with Amber Heard and Elon Musk, according to a deposition in ’s defamation lawsuit against Heard.Depp, 57, is (£40.1m), following a Washington Post op-ed in which Heard, 34, wrote about being a survivor of domestic violence.&nbsp;And in a deposition acquired by , the ex-husband of one of Heard’s close friends alleges that the Aquaman actress spent the night with Delevingne, 27, and Musk, 48.In a video from 19 November 2019, Josh Drew, who was previously married to Heard’s friend Raquel ‘Rocky’ Pennington, was asked by attorney Benjamin Chew: ‘Did Rocky tell you that Amber Heard was having an affair with Cara Delevingne while she was still married to Johnny Depp?’Drew replied: ‘Yes.’He was then asked: ‘Did she ever tell you that the three of them – Elon Musk, Cara Delevingne – spent the night with Amber in November of 2016?’, with Drew saying he didn’t know the specific date.&nbsp;Depp’s legal team asked: ‘Did she ever tell you in words or substance while Amber was still married to Johnny Depp, that the three of them, Amber Heard, Elon Musk and Cara Delevingne, spent the night together?’, with Drew saying ‘yes’.Chew asked if they were having a ‘three-way affair’, with Drew –&nbsp; who lived rent-free in one of the neighbouring apartments that Depp owned – replying: ‘My understanding, yes.’Drew has since split from Pennington, but has socialised with Heard as recently as last year, and the deposition states that the actress is paying for his attorney.&nbsp;The website also published pictures of a woman, who they claim resembles Ms Delevingne, in the elevator to Depp’s penthouse in late 2016, although the images do not have a time stamp.In a 2017 deposition, concierge boss Trinity Corrine Esparza aid that the trio went ‘up and down’ in the elevator before Thanksgiving in 2010.&nbsp;A representative for Amber Heard declined to comment when contacted by Metro.co.uk.A source close to Musk dismissed claims of the affair and a three-way relationship to the Daily Mail as ‘a nonsense, a soap opera’.In March 2019, a rep for the Tesla mogul, who , said: ‘Elon and Amber didn’t start seeing each other until May 2016, and even then it was infrequent.’Their relationship didn’t become romantic until some time later.’Heard filed for divorce from Depp on 23 May 2016 after 15 months of marriage, and obtained a temporary restraining order, alleging the actor had been physically abusive towards her.Depp has denied these allegations.According to the Daily Mail, Depp ‘hasn’t ruled out’ serving Delevingne with a subpoena to find out if she has any information that could prove useful to his case.A source said: ‘Cara could also be compelled to give evidence – by either party. It’s definitely a possibility. Almost anything can happen in this case.’Papers have already been filed to demand that Elon Musk and actor James Franco hand over messages, emails or other conversations they had with Heard around the time of her split from Depp.In the Virginia-based defamation suit, Depp alleges that Heard’s Washington Post op-ed ‘depended on the central premise that Ms. Heard was a domestic abuse victim and that Mr. Depp perpetrated domestic violence against her’.Mr Depp is not mentioned by name in the piece.The Pirates of the Caribbean actor has alleged that he was abused by Heard, while the actress has repeated her allegations of abuse against him.&nbsp;The case has been delayed until next year due to the coronavirus pandemic.Metro.co.uk has contacted a rep for Ms Delevingne for comment.&nbsp;Get us in your feed
