Police cautioned drivers to avoid the area due to heavy traffic.Authorities did not say what happened neither did they estimate when the highway would reopen, but there was a police presence at nearby John Muir Medical Center’s Urgent Care Clinic where the victim drove following the shooting. There was no update on his condition.
