This article discusses the lawsuit of former Trump campaign staffer Jessica Denson seeking to get out of a nondisclosure agreement (NDA) related to her work there and contextualizes it in the the way Donald Trump uses NDAs in various other settings including the Trump Organization and White House.

First person accounts from various people who signed NDAs with Trump & are now alleging they are too restrictive. We will have to wait on the courts to see the results but this article appears to be reporting full accounts of the allegations.

This article has a slight, but noticeable political bias against Trump. With that said, having strict NDA's for a president's staff is an issue worth exploring. I wish the article obtained or linked to a copy of the NDA being used by the Trump administration. I don't think it should be shocking that Trump and his team of lawyers are continuing business as usual with NDA's, but there should be an existing legal standard for what White House officials can and cannot disclose to the public about operations and relationships inside an administration. Perhaps there already is a precedent and Trump's NDA goes further than the standard to keep employees quiet, and if that's the case the article should be working to prove that point. Instead, the author mentions Story Daniels multiple times in a what could be considered a subtle Hit Piece.
