This is an oh-so-shopworn opinion piece that, by merely altering the dates and numbers, could have been written forty years ago. While not commenting on the sentiment expressed by the Author, this is a topic that has been written about ad nauseum over 'lo these many decades. Nothing new is on offer here. In fact, it once again proves the old adage; the more things change, the more they remain the same. Don't waste your time. Go and smell the roses. You'll be better off.
