The NYT seems to have covered all its bases here, giving the various SCOTUS justifications for voting Yea or Nay, as well as the responses by people who are affected. The history of how the case came before the court—including what the Chief called an inadmissable post-hoc rationalization”—seems to have been key to the Chief Justice's rationale, ALSO struck me as good. Lastly, the NYT threw in an opinion poll about Americans' views on DACA. The minority on SCOTUS called the decision “political,” so the poll seemed directly relevant, too.
