Need to watch the video. The written article is surface level.
I feel this article is a bit surface level. I was expecting a deeper, detailed analysis of the other periods of time with budget-surplus and budget-deficit, and how it relates to what Trump is doing. I don't believe I understand much more after reading this article. Otherwise I believe this article is credible.
