The author is clearly against this move, his only quotes and sources are bashing the accommodation of Bloomberg by removing a donor requirement for someone who is not taking donations. I am not a Femocrat (I was going to correct that, but I decided to leave it because it is funny and true), but I can appreciate someone not taking donations.
