SEATTLE — A man was arrested Sunday night in connection with a shooting at a protest outside the Seattle Police Department’s East Precinct in Capitol Hill. the man drove into a group of protesters at 11th and Pine and shot someone around 8:30 p.m.Seattle fire said the victim, identified as Daniel Gregory, was transported to Harborview Medical Center.
